Responsibilities
A fantastic opportunity has become available for you to join our nutrition division working as a Sales Systems Administrator. This role is an initial 6 months contract with a possibility to extend or go permanent.
The role reports to the Sales Director and in the position you will be working across a various teams.
Key responsibilities associated to this role are:
•Manage the day-to-day operation of an effective and accurate system. This will involve system administration, database maintenance and provision of reports based upon data in the system.

•Primary system administration / Helpdesk Support for all users of the system.
•Primary Contact for internal IT Support and external supplier management
•Territory Management, including brick/territory alignments, rep to territory management
•Management of data quality, validation processes, importing and exporting data
•Application accuracy, including data structure, deal structures and workflow modules
•Reporting, as determined by the business on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis.
•Coordinate system updates in adherence to local and global BT Change Control requirements.
•Updating promotional deals

•Proactively liaise with relevant managers to define business requirements to be included in ETMS software and reports.
•Proactively seek to make recommendations on best practice and solutions to challenges.
•Provide KPI reports for incentive scheme assessments, co-ordinate payments and maintain appropriate documentation for audit requirements.
•Develop and maintain documentation regarding ETMS configuration, application workflow, and business rules
•Ensure effective design, delivery and assessment of systems training programs to all users, including sales managers, marketing, retail and other nominated head office users
•Present and facilitate training sessions on a regular basis with significant in classroom time, to all new starters
•Ensure a comprehensive training program is designed and delivered and all users pass competency measures
•Gather, through field days, strategy meetings etc, market intelligence to improve and evolve the ETMS programs in response to the market place
•In conjunction with sales Admin Assistant, prepare all equipment for newly on-boarded representatives – laptop, iPad in a timely manner
•Work with sales director and sales management team to facilitate appropriate targeting and segmentation of customers according to latest needs.
•Provide analysis and reports to the business in a timely manner and ensure integrity and accuracy of the data before release.
•Extract relevant information from the database and incorporate into presentations, the sales force incentive program and ad hoc requests as needed.
•Conduct field visits to ensure Reps and Managers are making effective use of the ETMS and its reporting capability.
•Lead cross functional teams of internal and external stakeholders to drive key systems projects to successful outcomes
•Partner with all relevant stakeholders to support the integration of strategy and systems aligned to Sales effectiveness initiatives, as a key part of all programs
•Keep informed of new developments pertinent to the system, to ensure current software is up-to-date and maximally utilized.
•As subject matter expert, provide recommendations to the business for implementing strategic requirements within the system, using best practice methodologies.
•Use communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist all user groups on issues related to the design, development and deployment of ETMS software critical to business operations.
•Act as subject matter expert on sales team technologies and recommend enhancements where appropriate and solutions where challenges are faced.
•Develop and maintain understanding of the Nutrition business unit in order to ensure that ETMS solutions and reporting suites are in line with Business Unit strategy.
•Provide appropriate support in assessment of optimal field force structure, size and territory alignments.
•Create and develop own development plan and attend relevant self development and industry training events.
