Job Seeker: Is there a cost associated with registering with PharmaDiversity? If  it is free, what's the catch?

PharmaDiversity Job Board is free for job seekers. There is no catch, PharmaDiversity is supported by Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies, the leaders in the industry. We do not charge job seekers for placement. Registration is free. We do not share, sell, rent or trade personally identifiable information with third parties for their promotional purposes. In order to operate the Site in an efficient and effective manner and provide users with information on job postings and services that may be of interest to you we request you to register with us.  Privacy Policy .

Job Seeker: What is a Job Agent?

New jobs are added to our listings everyday. Your job search agent reviews these listings with the information you have specified, such as locations, job types and your experience. Then your job agent e-mails you the matching job titles and the link to the posting on our site. Completing your Job Agent is for this purpose only. You can opt out of your job agent at any time. A job agent is not a complete Job Seeker Registration. Each time you apply for a job on PharmaDiversity Job Board, we bring you directly to the employers site for direct application, if you don't sign in with us first, you will see the job agent request form each time before being redirected. In order to avoid this request form just sign in before searching for jobs, then you will not be asked to complete a Job Agent each time you apply for a job. To sign in, you will need to register with us, it is free. Once you have registered, you can add your resume in your account, if you would like recruiters to find you for available jobs. You can also add more job titles and locations to your job agent for better results.

Job Seeker: Do I have to be a minority job seeker to register with PharmaDiversity Job Board?

PharmaDiversity Job Board excludes no one from registering and applying for jobs posted on our board. We are available to provide a connection for minority job seekers to find and secure job opportunities with employers that are focused on increasing the minority representation within their organization.

Job Seeker: Will PharmaDiversity e-mail me all fresh job posts that match my resume, so I don't have to search around every day?

Yes, simply register and then complete a "job agent" in your account. This will ensure that all new job posts that match your needs get e-mailed to you automatically. We do suggest that you take a few minutes to complete your job agent with all the locations you would consider working and all the types of jobs you are interested in, this will provide optimum job alerts sent to you. We also suggest that you make PharmaDiversity a favorite website in your browser and visit daily for updates on pharma, biotech news, FDA Approval information and multicultural headlines.

Job Seeker: Can I send you my resume directly?

PharmaDiversity is not a placement Agency. We do not personally share your resume with employers. You need to register with us and copy and paste your resume in your account registration. Your resume will be matched and sent to our Featured Employers that have Resume Match as a part of their package with us. PharmaDiversity does allow resume searching for many of our Featured Employers, therefore, if you want your resume viewed by recruiters, simply upload your resume into your account.

Employer: How do I post a job?

Registration is also free for employers. Once you register as an employer, log in to your account and click "Buy Jobs" on the blue navigation bar at the top of your screen. A drop down box will open and you will see the advertising, job posting and resume matching selections for purchase. If you do not see a package that fits your needs , simply email us . We can customize a job post and advertisement package for you. We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card online payment. Credit card transactions allow your jobs to be posted immediately, invoice billing may be delayed until payment. Our Featured Employer package includes automatic display of all of your (unlimited number) jobs, home page logo display, resume match, cross posting and many other features , package duration is one year.

Employer: Is PharmaDiversity Job Board just for large companies?

PharmaDiversity offers large companies Featured Employer packages that are all inclusive. Our Featured Employer packages display unlimited jobs automatically and brand these companies as a diversity hiring leader. PharmaDiversity has a very user friendly system for job posting and smaller packages such as single job posts, triple and five job posts with resume match that can be purchased by smaller placement agencies. Simply select the option that works for you within the "Buy Jobs" section of your account.

Employer: How long does a job post last? Job posts are for sixty days and can be edited throughout the duration of the post. Matched resumes will be sent to your account for the duration of the post. You will have a year to use the purchased posts.
