Specific openings in MMD are as follows:
Global Vaccines Technology and Engineering (West Point, PA) is responsible for process implementation, validation and maintenance for biological processes;
Global Engineering Services (Cokesbury, NJ with rotations to other sites) is responsible for process design and project management for capital projects;
Vaccine Operations (West Point, PA) is responsible for oversight and continuous improvement for vaccine manufacturing.

EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES DESIGN
Design and build advanced manufacturing plants, laboratory and office facilities
Involvement with all phases of project management from the first engineering drawing to the last phase of project start up
MANUFACTURING
Support line production and maintenance operations
Maintain manufacturing processes at high levels of performance
Engineer plant site improvements to enhance safety, quality and the environment
Optimize existing processes to achieve improvements in process quality, yield and efficiency.

This position requires candidate to be currently enrolled in a BS program in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field. Ideal candidate will possess superior communication and interpersonal skills. Must be graduating between August 2009 and August 2010. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
