Ben Venue Laboratories (BVL) is currently seeking a talented and innovative ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT to join our Contract Manufacturing Services department located at our Bedford, OH site. As an ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT you will report to the Director of Contract Manufacturing Services.

Responsibilities:
* Manage top strategic accounts to grow and maintain sales.
* Develop and implement the marketing and sales plans. Assess customer products, pipelines, product lifecycles and fit with BVL in developing and implementing account strategies.
* Implement pricing strategy developed to support BVL business needs and financial expectations.
* Generate new business opportunities at top strategic accounts. Work closely with project management group to implement new projects and provide customer support
* Grow and manage the customer relationship at senior levels in customer organizations to understand the requirements and champion their needs within BVL
* Communicate with customers, assess supply needs and provide accurate and timely short- and long- term revenue forecasts
* Lead project meetings and contract negotiations to establish long term relationships
* Develop and communicate sources of business information to facilitate the creation of strategies, market plans, or day-to-day operations
* Assume leadership role in establishing and implementing training to continually improve capapbilities of Account Management and Customer Service processes and organization.
* Ensure compliance with associated SOPs.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or Engineering. MBA preferred.
* 10+ years experience is preferred in sales/marketing, project management and new business development within Pharmaceutical or related Industry, preferably in a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) or Contract Research Organization (CRO) environment.
* Well-developed and demonstrated interpersonal skills; preferably in a sales and/or new business development setting.
* Strong communication skills both oral and written, including public speaking and presentation skills.
* Analytical and problem solving skills to ensure forecast accuracy
* Computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project Management.
