Accounts Receivable Manager (Remote)

IQVIA is seeking an intelligent, detail-oriented individual for our Accounts Receivable Manager position. They will be responsible for the timely and accurate invoicing of customers and the handling of overdue payments according to IQVIA's policies. The Accounts Receivable Manager will also lead our growing Accounts Receivable Team with direct supervision of team members.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Maintains an acute understanding of IQVIA's ERP (Enterprise Reporting Planning) software and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Partners with Business and Finance Operations to maintain an understanding of Partner and Customer Agreement payment terms
• Deploys timely and accurate invoices to customers
• Analyzes Aging Report(s)
• Performs account reconciliations across software platforms
• Initiates and tracks accounts receivable outreach communications and drives next best actions
• Investigates and resolves any discrepancies
• Assists in general financial management and analysis
• Identifies additional areas where we can maximize operational potential to exceed our customer expectations and company objectives
• Guides new or improved operational process rollouts

Experience Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree (i.e. Accounting, Finance or Economics, etc.)
• 7+ years in an accounts receivable and invoicing role working closely with department leads and management, team management experience preferred

Relevant Skills:

• Experience managing accounting and/or ERP (Enterprise Reporting Planning) software
• Understand objectives and be able to work independently while leading a team
• Exceedingly organized, extreme attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to manage expectations
• Eager to learn - must have a curious mind and insatiable appetite for knowledge
• Problem-solver - able to focus on and ask the right questions to troubleshoot a problem
• Flexible personality - able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment while demonstrating the ability to multi-task and keep multiple projects on-track

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
• Salesforce.com experience a plus
• A general knowledge of media/digital advertising helpful, but not required
