Responsibilities

The growing Corporate Practice within Syneos health has a need for a temp to perm administrative assistant. You will be interacting with 16 person team and supporting them across a variety of work which includes:

  • Internet research on prospective clients and reporter targets
  • Interface with clients to schedule meetings, schedule conference rooms, setting up catering
  • Updating job code lists for the practice
  • Make updates to client lists and new business lists
  • Keep a list of important results and cases of the practice
  • Clerical tasks: filing, scanning, printing, typing, doing expenses


Job Requirements

  • At least two years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint will be a plus
  • Self-motivated and self-organized
  • Ability to multitask, have the ability to alternate between tasks
  • Be able to follow up, and ensure completion of tasks, be proactive, and very detail oriented
