Monitor the incident queue and triage the tickets
Monitor production jobs and identify failures
Analyze the issues and deep dive investigation, fix the issue and continue the data load
Work with Development team on code changes and follow up on closure of open items
Perform data validation against various source of information
Perform adhoc requests or analysis on data
Address client queries and questions
Perform QA/QC for production/operation projects to maintain the quality
Development of QC processes for error free delivery
Documentation of issues and resolutions
Collaborate with other team for closure of issues
Work task automations or process improvement projects
Collect and share process/project metrics with stakeholder
Guide team technically and on critical situations
Work on operations delivery and manage delivery for team
Manage SLA for team and work closely with stakeholders to meet business need
