The primary purpose of this role Associate Director, IT Product Owner- Order to Cash -SD, IT Account Management is to be part of the team that is responsible for leading, initiating, enabling, and managing the execution of commercial integrations and other relevant OTC initiatives and projects across the entire AHIT organization. This is a client (both internal and external) facing role that facilitates the realization of the OTC engagement whether with a project team, support and or business team.

Associate Director – IT Product Owner-Order to Cash-SD, IT Account Management
Is directly coordinating, aligning, and partnering with the business via managing specific Order to cash process area or subject e.g. Order management, Billing, or Pricing and Rebates and all other relevant subjects. The role accounts for the business requests and demands and based on the knowledge of the current SAP template and the business process, facilitates the realization of the requests/demands via engaging the rest of the teams, external consultants and or the AMS support teams.
Is involved in extensive and complex integration and transformation of Animal Health newly acquired companies into the AHIT platforms and processes.
Handles projects as sometimes hands-on for specific area of expertise, lead consultant, project manager (in case of small project), and or as the subject matter expert (in case of SAP or product rollouts projects).
Accounts and manages for the demands per region and specific area e.g. pricing and rebates and discusses this with the respective Global process Team member or Regional Commercial IT leads/members. Assoc Director aligns and confirms feasibility of the requests/demands as to functionality, resources, and lead time delivery of the solution.
Collaborates with other Global and regional commercial and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations and IT solutions relevant to the scope of this role.
Is constantly aligning with the OTC Director as regards to the Global IT portfolio and objectives, team’s project and initiatives list as regards to strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiatives.
Education, Experience & Competencies
Education & Experience Level:
Education: BSc or Business administration Degree, or equivalent with relevant experience in Logistics, Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
The candidate should have 5+ years of related experience in supporting pharmaceutical or any relevant commercial and manufacturing industries.

Functional & Technical Competencies:
Deep knowledge in SAP SD module and the experience in full cycle implementation, project training and change management experience are required
This position requires a driven individual who has passion in technology, with advanced configuration skills and ability to implement without supervision the sales and distribution component of SAP and other relevant commercial solution solutions and tools.
Knowledge on middleware and OTC EDI solutions is a plus.
Demonstrates hands on configuration experience in the SAP sales and distribution module coupled with technical knowledge in other SAP solutions such as BI and BW.
Fluent on English speaking and writing
