Agile Therapeuticsis a forward-thinking women's healthcare company dedicated to fulfilling the unmet health needs of today's women. Our product candidates are designed to provide women with contraceptive options that offer freedom from taking a daily pill, without committing to a longer-acting method. We strive to advance women's health by bringing products to market that keep pace with the changing needs of today's women.

Reporting to the vice president of Marketing, the associate marketing director, HCP will be responsible for building the marketing strategy and execution tools for launch in the back half of this year across all HCP customer segments. He/she will manage the budget, deliverables, and relationships with our marketing agencies and vendors. He/she will have responsibility for short-term sales goals while also having a broad role in long-term revenue and product expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative, content build, promotional materials, and social media supporting three customer segments (HCP, field sales and payer)
  • Own and deliver the brand's strategic goals through selection and execution of the most impactful marketing tools
  • Manage and drive our marketing agency
  • Engage in the clinical acumen of the brand to ensure the work of the team and agency partners is following the science
  • Manage marketing spend to budget
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire employees; ability to clearly communicate brand vision with passion and authenticity to lead both field and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate and lead without authority across functional areas to provide project management, allocation of people and resources, while ensuring communications around a common goal to achieve business objectives in a timely manner
  • Create sustainable, long-term relationships with thought leader advocates and customer advocacy groups

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing or the sciences; advanced degree a plus
  • Five (5) years of pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare experience required; experience in women's health a plus
  • Three (3) years of experience in HCP marketing
  • Recent launch experience
  • Experience managing complex projects
  • Experience supporting a field-based sales team
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess and drive results
  • Experience in sales, Insight, or Market Access
  • Comprehensive understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement
  • Experience across product life cycle (emerging, launch, in-line, mature)
