Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.
What happens when you take the lean, agile approach to digital marketing and apply it to pharma? Greater positive impact. On more lives. In less time. It's happening right here, right now: Your chance to craft a career that matters. To be a catalyst for change. And inspire hope in patients who need it most.
Invent. Impact. Inspire.
Our company is a global health care leader with a diversified portfolio of prescription medicines, vaccines and animal health products. The difference between potential and achievement lies in the spark that fuels innovation and inventiveness; this is the space where our company has codified its legacy for over a century. Our company's success is backed by ethical integrity and forward momentum: We try to remember that medicine is for the patient. We try never to forget that medicine is for the people. It is not for the profits. The profits follow, and if we have remembered that, they have never failed to appear. The better we have remembered it, the larger they have been."
Why Join Our Digital Marketing Team?
Agility. Speed. Relevance. And Results.
Many larger pharmaceutical organizations use a traditional marketing approach featuring campaigns that can take several months to execute. Fortunately, our company is not like most. Our digital marketing team has adopted an agile, omni-channel approach that features small groups encompassing all disciplines to drive each project with greater precision and purpose. Our goal- to reach consumers, payors and physicians at the right time, right place, in the right channel with relevant, personalized content to meet their needs and create a premier customer experience. The results? We create relevant, personalized content that gains response. And there's an important part for you to play:

Employing AGILE practices and a test and learn approach through each phase of the project, you'll wear many different hats as you collaborate with copy, design, UX, architecture, internal legal, medical and regulatory teams in the co-design, co-creation, and execution of campaign plans every step of the way.
