Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the direction, management and success of the Account Management organization, including Project Management in a client facing capacity. Responsible for managing competing priorities, interfacing and presenting to clients, managing a team that supports all products in the Adheris Health portfolio.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct the team in the estimation, design, development, launch and management of client-sponsored programs
  • Coach, motivate, lead and manage Account Management team members while acting as a central point of communication for the team and stakeholders. This will include overseeing work flow, revenue-related activities and influencing team members to take positive action and accountability for the delivery of their assigned work.
  • Supervise and manage staff and conduct performance reviews. Mentor, coach and maintain a best-of-class Account Management team. Responsible for career development, objective setting, review and productivity of team members.
  • Develop and drive strategic direction for department, align account assignments across team appropriately, implement best support model and evaluate with evolving business needs
  • Work closely with the Account Managers and Project Managers, to oversee the day-day operations of the team, including opportunity pipeline, forecasts, account assignments, process review, hiring and training.
  • Maintain and grow long-term strategic client partnerships, responding to day-to-day client needs as needed.
  • Oversee team process throughout the entire program lifecycle including estimation and contracting, design, implementation and maintenance to drive consistency, efficiency and best practices across department.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Adheris Health products, services and capabilities.
  • Consult and guide team with program design to ensure successful program implementation and results.
  • Serve as internal advocate for client processes and requirements, coordinating with multiple internal groups to identify and meet client needs within program framework.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improvement to streamline team processes, create efficiencies in day-to-day work and foster strong cross-departmental relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and with cross-functional internal teams including Clinical, Analytics, Operations, IT,Sales and Finance, fostering strong relationships
  • Oversee Account Manage team in resolving program issues, troubleshooting, track program progress, including spend and budget, and forecasting revenue.
  • Participate in and contribute to internal strategic planning sessions.
  • Deliver status reports and presentations to clients and leadership as needed.
  • Develop and refine KPIs pertaining to quality, volume reporting and other key metrics across department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; with 7 years of work experience

  • Minimum 4 years of Management or Leadership experience
  • Prior experience in Client Services required
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team(s), influence outcomes, set and obtain goals
  • Strong decision-making skills with forward thinking mindset and ability to understand, innovate and continuously improve processes
  • Holistic thinker; the ability to understand program objectives and complex program designs while being attentive to program details
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, experience in cultivating relationships (e.g. diplomacy, flexibility, adaptability, can-do attitude, win-win approach)
  • A passion for building client relationships
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Willingness to travel domestically on a regular basis
