Relationships with key decision makers with large national payers (Anthem, Cigna, HBSC, Humana, etc.) and Medicaid part D.
Lunched specialty products for unmet needs and/or rare disease
Comfortable with uncertainty.
Understand pharmacy benefits coverage
Understand downstream and upstream influencers
