HR Operations

IQVIA is looking for a HR Operations to join the HR Team

Job Overview: Provide support and guidance to HR team in their day-to-day operational roles. Support the continuous improvement of the HR function, through development and implementation for all HR programs in turkey with a special focus on operational initiatives. Provide HR support and advice to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational, admin and data collection process
• Time & Attendance management (creation of new profiles, management of anomalies, creation of company master data)
• Help track and register payroll monthly salary variations
• Perform rigorous quality checks on employee's data to ensure complete accuracy
• Intercept and deepen news relative to the regulatory and statutory updates so to help company to be compliant

• Support in the answer of employee's queries and requests
• Participate in the implementation of new tools and innovative projects
• Manage some activities like: meal voucher, insurances, funds, management of the Purchase Orders (in collaboration with finance department)
• Support transversally the team in any other ah-hoc tasks

Skills, Education and Experience Required

• At least 3 years of prior relevant experience within structured HR team and multinational companies
• Knowledge of SAP and Workday is highly preferable
• Fluency in Turkish and English both written and spoken mandatory
• Extensive knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications
• Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities
• Good ability to work in a matrix environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and employees
