Candidates interested in joining Sales department as a Key Account Manager should have:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant university,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant sales or account management and/or product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Pharma and/or OTC market experience),
  • Having experience in working matrix organization with expert managers,
  • Good knowledge of IQVIA offerings client's business and the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Excellent account development and account management skills,
  • Having high level of negotiating, organizational, presentation and servicing skills,
  • Having analytical, problem solving ability and a result oriented mind,
  • Effective use of Microsoft applications and having data analyses skills,
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills coupled with team working skills,
  • No military service obligation for male candidates,
  • Holding a driving license (active driver).



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provides key client relationship to a client through relationships with senior managers in the client organization.
  • Develops relations with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinates account planning, executes and monitors progress. Takes proactive role in engagement strategy.
  • Manages the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with product/service offerings.
  • Grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities
  • Based on long term relationship with client, acts as advisor on marketing, market research, sales management, industry issues, trends and IQVIA products, technology solutions, consulting and service capabilities.
  • Represents the company to the client and the client to the company in all sales related activities.
  • Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with sales management team, client services team and all other related parties to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
