Medical Physicist
Overview
Participates in meeting the overall clinical physics needs of the Department of Radiation Oncology and Applied Sciences. Utilizes general concepts of medical physics to guide radiation therapy in technical areas, including linear accelerator QA, treatment planning needs and special treatment procedures.

Qualifications
- PhD preferred in Radiation Physics, Radiological Health or allied field with 2 years of postgraduate clinical experience at a major radiotherapy center. Additional experience preferred.
Required Licensure/Certifications
- PhD Preferred - Board certification or eligibility for certification, by either the American Board of Radiology or the American Board of Medical Physics.

- Pay Range: $175,718.40/Yr. - $281,153.60/Yr. (Based on 40 hours per week, otherwise pro rata)
- FTE/Hours per pay period: 1.00 - 1.00 - 40 hrs/week
