Senior Analytical Chemist

Medicines for All Institute

The Medicines for All Institute is seeking an analytical chemist with experience supporting process
chemistry development to assist in their mission to develop economical processes for making critical
medicines accessible to those in need. Expertise in HPLC, GC, MS, SFC and other analytical technology is
a must. A Ph.D. or MS with experience is required. M4All is located in new facilities in its Richmond VA

Position: This position will be responsible for the development and performance of analytical methods
to support process che mistry development, maintenance of analytical instrumentation within the labs,
training and education of analytical techniques, transfer of analytical methods, research and
development of new technology to address problems, etc.

Required qualifications: Extensive experience supporting process chemistry development in a
pharmaceutical setting. Extensive hands - on experience with a wide - range of analytical instrumentation.

Preferred Qualifications: A Ph.D. in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, or organic chemistry OR an MS
degree with numerous years of experience is preferred. Previous research experience with a focus on
chromatography. Ability to train lab users, and ability to perform routine preventative maintenance and
coordinate service visits.
