Who we are
COQM China is a subsidiary department of Clinical Operations to drive continuous quality improvement in the Greater China region, to address systemic quality risks and to develop & deploy innovative mechanisms in quality compliance and oversight for IQVIA projects, etc.
COQM China currently has >17 members including Quality Specialist (QS), Sr. QS and management, supporting Core Clinical team, BDU and SSU team in mainland China and Clinical Operations team in Hong Kong. The team is still growing with the prospect of full capacity in quality management for both internal & external services.
What we do
COQM team works independently from project team, manages clinical operations risks and quality issues, by performing quality management activities such as project/site risk evaluation, issue identification and investigation, Focused Site Visit (FSV), operational process optimization, monitoring capability enhancement, Quality trend analysis and various training/workshops delivery, etc.
COQM team also provides our client with quality services, including independent Site Quality Evaluation visits, pre-NDA on-site Self-Checks, CFDI inspection readiness, clinical quality consulting and training services.
At least 3 years site monitoring experience, global pharma/CRO preferred. Outstanding problem-solving skills with good logical thinking. Fluent English writing & speaking.
Senior Quality Specialist
At least 5 years clinical research experience, global pharma/CRO preferred. Quality management or project management experience is preferred. Fluent English writing & speaking.
Clinical research industry experience with GCP background, global pharma/CRO preferred. Client focused, have good communication skills with business and industrial agility. Fluent English writing & speaking.
