Account Supervisor, Client Services

Our Client Services team leads the agency to act as the strategic liaison between the client and the internal agency teams, ensuring that the client's business goals are clearly understood, effectively communicated and successfully executed.
Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and strategic Account Supervisor to join our growing healthcare advertising team. In this role, you'll serve as the senior client lead, driving brand strategy, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll play a pivotal role in building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, and contributing to the growth of our healthcare portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic thinking and brand leadership skills, healthcare and regulatory knowledge, team leadership and collaboration, excellent client relationship management skills, analytical and business acumen, exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Additionally, the Account Supervisor will ensure that the brand's clinical story, treatment landscape insights and strategic priorities are integrated across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all day to day client relationships.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- Oversee and contribute to the translation of complex clinical data and regulatory constraints into compelling, on-brand creative materials that meet the clients strategic imperatives.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of promotional materials, digital initiatives, and HCP and/or DTC campaigns.
- Manage account profitability, scopes of work, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff, fostering a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with internal departments (creative, strategy, medical, digital) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Stay informed on industry trends, FDA regulations, and competitive landscape to proactively guide client strategy.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including new business pitches and organic growth opportunities.

- Ability to develop and guide brand strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Experience managing multichannel campaigns (digital, print, experiential, etc.).
2. Healthcare & Regulatory Knowledge
- Deep understanding of FDA and pharma marketing regulations.
- Familiarity with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) processes and Veeva PromoMats.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Skilled at building trust and credibility with clients.
- Proactive communication and ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Confidence in presenting work and strategic recommendations.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Strong project management and delegation skills.
5. Analytical & Business Acumen
- Ability to understand and manage budgets and timelines.
- Data-driven mindset to track performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
6. Communication & Presentation Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to tailor messaging for different audiences (clients, creative team, medical teams).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management within a healthcare/pharma advertising agency.
- Proven ability to lead, multichannel campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, regulatory requirements, and the healthcare provider (HCP) and/or direct-to-consumer (DTC) space.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $49,500.00 - $124,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
