We're looking for a team-oriented chemist who brings precision, curiosity, and a passion for problem-solving. Whether you're running tests or contributing to R&D, you'll be helping ensure our pigments meet global regulatory and performance standards.

Location: West Chester, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Starting Pay: $28.85/hour

What You'll Do

As an Analytical Chemist, you'll:

• Perform chemical and physical testing on pigment materials
• Generate accurate, clear reports to support customer and regulatory needs
• Support supplier evaluations and development projects
• Maintain meticulous records and contribute to ongoing lab improvements
• Help implement and uphold ISO-compliant Quality Systems
• Stay up to date with new methods and technologies in analytical chemistry

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry (required)
• Some hands-on analytical chemistry lab experience, either through coursework or industry
• Strong technical writing and clear communication skills
• Comfortable using instruments, statistics, and data analysis tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Recent graduates are welcome! Transcripts will be requested for candidates with fewer than 5 years of experience.
