Job Title: Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator

Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304

Duration of project (start and end date): 03 Months (Estimated Start: 7/20/26. Estimated End: 10/31/26)

Remote/onsite/hybrid: onsite

Full-time - 20 hours per week

PR Range: $36/hr - $46/hr on W2

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the preparation and submission of Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols, amendments, continuing reviews, and related regulatory documents.
2. Assist with the administration and distribution of study questionnaires and surveys, including demographic, health-related quality of life, health mindset, and disease-specific assessments.
3. Assist with participant screening, recruitment, informed consent processes, enrollment, and study retention activities.
4. Enter and maintain study data in research databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
5. Assist with preparing and maintaining study-related documentation, including protocol worksheets, procedure manuals, regulatory binders, case report forms, and study reports.
6. Support data collection and management activities in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
7. Assist with scheduling participant visits and coordinating study procedures with clinical and research staff.
8. Maintain research records and ensure compliance with institutional, sponsor, and regulatory guidelines.
9. Perform other research-related duties as assigned.
