Biological Laboratory Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare biological samples for toxicological analyses
• Perform data entry for toxicology batches and cases
• Generate toxicology reports for review and signature
• Mail out toxicology report to appropriate recipients
• Maintain and organize toxicology case files
• Scan batch and case paperwork for electronic storage
• Assist chemists and toxicologists in daily operations and research projects
• Basic knowledge of chain-of-custody procedures.

Qualification and Experience:

• Education: Associate's degree or higher with coursework in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• 5 years related experience with an Associate's degree; no experience required with a B.S. degree
