Biologist II

Responsibilities:

• Perform in vitro primary cellular assays to evaluate target biology using technologies like FACS, MSD, and qPCR.
• Analyse biological samples by flow cytometry, including tissue processing and preparation, staining cells, acquiring data, and analysing results.
• Experience processing human or large animal lab species tissues.
• Generate data in a timely fashion.
• Inventory control of study samples and reagents.
• Effectively and accurately record and report experiment results.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in cellular biology, immunology, or a related discipline with at least 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in performing flow cytometry assays, cell culture, and sterile technique.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization skills desired.

Preferred:

• Experience in handling human or large animal lab species ex vivo samples.
• Experience in flow cytometry panel design.
• Proficiency in data reporting and FlowJo analysis software.
• Experience working in a team environment to achieve goals and timelines.
