Casual Registered Nurse - multiple rural locations (Darling Downs)
About the role
IQVIA is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis across multiple rural locations in the Darling Downs region of Queensland. (Tara, Inglewood) As a Casual Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care in an in-home setting to patients living with Crohn's Disease and be ideally location within 50km off one of these locations: Tara or Inglewood.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive nursing care including collection of medication, administering medication and post observations
- Set up and administer infusions in the pre-approved patient's home
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements
What we're looking for
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated experience in community nursing desirable
- Excellent cannulation skills
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and person-centred approach to care
