Chemical Engineer Intern - Summer 2026

Summary: In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape your own projects and take ownership of meaningful improvements in our manufacturing processes. With a focus on epoxy molding and electroplating, you will be encouraged to explore ideas, find solutions, and drive projects forward in the direction that interests you most while also performing regular manufacturing upkeep. Through this role you will gain real-world experience with a chance to make a visible, lasting impact on our production processes, efficiency, and safety alongside our Chemical Engineering team.

Projects You Will Work On:

  • Improve processes related to epoxy molding and plating operations.
  • Update and improve guides, manuals, and documentation for chemical processes.
  • Support the Kaizen program to drive continuous improvement on the plating line.
  • Identify and execute small projects that deliver significant production impacts.
  • Assist engineers with day-to-day process monitoring and improvements.


Skills and Requirements:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data.
  • Willingness to perform hands-on work in a lab and production environment.
  • Previous lab or chemical process experience is preferred.
  • Must be available to work on-site at our High Ridge, Missouri facility.
  • Local candidates preferred; relocation and housing assistance are not provided.

Please note: All internships are based at our High Ridge, Missouri location. These roles are designed for students who are local to the area or can provide their own housing and transportation, as relocation and housing stipends are not offered.
