Chemist

We're looking for a Chemical with food lab experience for Second Shift. Experience with lab safety, food safety, chemital testing, Microbiology lab experience required, PCR, rapid testing experience, experience with advanced lab equipment. A solid understanding of regulatory compliance is a must with FDA, USDA, AAFCO, cGMP. This is a full-time Direct Hire position. Must be a bench top chemist and used the analytical calculations manually with we chemistry on Food testing.

Second Shift to start.

Responsibilities:

• Chemically test foods daily
• Daily lab testing raw materials
• Oversee sampling and testing standards and procedures
• Maintain compliance with all food regulatory standards
• Maintain continuous improvement and scientific testing procedures
• Documentation and report tests
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Food chemical testing experience
• Laboratory safety
