In this role you will report to the Senior Vice President of Global Biologics Operations (GBO) for our Manufacturing Division and be a key member of the leadership team.

Position Description:

  • Set clear objectives and monitor performance of GBO while also coordinating and managing communications, key metrics, standard governance meetings and other initiatives across the GBO organization.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of key GBO Senior Leader's activities such as: GBO Strategy Meetings, Tier Meetings, Technical Reviews, Town Halls, and other activities of similar scope.
  • Ensure presentations are aligned with strategic direction and messages of the GBO organization, our Manufacturing Division, and the company.
  • Coordinate and participate as requested in site visits and in-person meetings with the GBO leadership team and extended partners. Encourage team building within the leadership team.
  • Drive the Annual Business Processes to deliver strategy creation/refresh/execution/monitoring e.g. strategic hoshin planning, Financial Plan and Portfolio Management, etc.
  • Independently lead projects supporting Operating Unit and Divisional priorities
  • Serve as primary Operating Unit representative across divisional teams



Position Qualifications:

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science in a technical related field.
  • At least 8 years of professional experiences. Preferred 5 or more years in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Tech Ops, New Product Development, or Supply Chain experiences.
  • Experience in both strategy development and tactical execution - taking an ambiguous concept, developing actions, and driving to completion.
  • Demonstrated excellence in Project Management preferably projects spanning multiple functions.
  • Experience in organizational change management (transformation) and continuous Improvement. Overall Operational Excellence-LEAN skills.
  • Highly independent and able to foresee issues and needs of the organization.
  • Effective & Efficient Partnership, High Emotional Intelligence and Influencing skills internally (within GBO) and externally (beyond GBO) and across different levels of the organization.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Capability to make rapid and disciplined decisions and to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Capability to distill large quantities of complex data into simple messages; and to assess and provide options and recommendation.
  • Effective, Efficient, and Creative Written and Verbal Communications skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated extraordinary attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative, flexibility, and tact.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday - plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2. Fridays will formally be a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require onsite presence.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:
$144,320.00 - $227,100.00
