Clinical Research Coordinator (Critical Care)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Clearwater, Florida - CCC Research, a nationally recognized, practice embedded, cardiovascular Clinical Research Site with 21 physician/investigators is growing and seeking experienced Clinical Research Professionals to join our Team.

Requirements:

• 2 years Clinical Research Experience
• 1-year clinical experience in adult cardiology and/or acute care therapeutic
• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Cath Lab Tech (RCIS, RRT), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or equivalent clinical licensure/experience
• Excellent computer and communication skills

Duties:

• Manage & perform assessments for research studies of new cardiac devices and drugs in office and hospital settings
• Screen, enroll and follow adult cardiology patients participating in clinical studies
• Perform clinical assessments (ex. phlebotomy, EKG's) and document medical changes within Regulatory Guidelines

WHO YOU ARE:

One year of adult clinical experience, critical care and cardiology preferred. Current Florida Medical License/Certification ex. LPN, RN RCIS, R(RT), RRT or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent Computer skills, including Excel, Word and Internet Explorer. Previous research experience preferred.
