Clinical Research Coordinator

Description & Requirements

Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator - Be the Bridge Between Patients and Breakthrough Cancer Therapies

If you're energized by fast-paced clinical work, motivated by helping patients through some of their most vulnerable moments, and excited to support cutting-edge cancer research, this role places you at the heart of oncology trials that change lives. We're looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator who thrives in a hands-on environment-someone who can balance compassionate patient care with the precision required to run complex clinical studies.

What You'll Do

  • Guide patients through every step of their clinical trial journey, from screening to follow-up
  • Coordinate study visits, procedures, labs, imaging, and treatment schedules across multidisciplinary oncology teams
  • Collect, verify, and enter clinical data with accuracy
  • Support direct care teams during study visits and ensure protocol-driven care is provided according to study requirements
  • Manage investigational product logistics, sample handling, and timely reporting of safety events
  • Serve as the operational hub for the study team, clinical staff, sponsors and monitors to keep trials running smoothly

Why This Role Matters

Oncology trials depend on seamless coordination and exceptional patient support. Every visit you organize, every data point you capture, and every conversation you have with a patient contributes directly to the development of therapies that offer hope, time, and better outcomes. Your work ensures that patients receive safe, high-quality care while helping bring tomorrow's cancer treatments to the bedside today.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • A mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of people facing cancer
  • A collaborative clinical environment where your contributions are seen and valued
  • Opportunities to grow your skills across early-phase, late-phase, and disease-specific oncology trials
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years of clinical research experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of oncology or complex therapeutic area clinical trial coordination
  • Strong understanding of ICH GCP, protocol requirements, and clinical trial workflows
  • Experience supporting patient visits, managing study calendars, and coordinating multidisciplinary care
  • Familiarity with CTMS, eSource, and electronic IRB systems
  • Ability to manage multiple studies and shifting priorities in a dynamic clinical setting
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, physicians, nurses, sponsors, and monitors
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to anticipate operational needs before they arise
