Clinical Research Coordinator

The Clinical Research Coordinator is responsible for providing support to clinical research projects conducted in Palliative Medicine and Supportive Care (PMSC) within the Department of Pediatrics. The successful candidate will assist with participant recruitment and enrollment, data collection, data entry, assistance with tracking participants, maintenance of online surveys, facilitation of study record keeping, development of research protocols, and collaborating with community partners and other researchers. The successful candidate must be comfortable interacting with patients and families and be able to speak English fluently to communicate with patients and physicians. Equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted for degree requirement. This position is located at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh in Lawrenceville. PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required prior to the start of employment.
