Clinical Trials Coordinator - CNS & Behavioral Health

Full-Time $60,000-$65,000 + Sign-On Bonus
Help shape tomorrow's psychiatric and CNS treatments. At IMA Clinical Research, you'll be the steady, trusted presence guiding participants through every step of their study journey - while gaining hands-on experience across our Phase II-IV trial portfolio (we do not conduct Phase I studies).
What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day trial operations, keeping studies on protocol and on track
- Coordinate scheduling, procedures, assessments, and follow-up visits
- Perform phlebotomy and handle specimen collection/processing
- Be the go-to liaison between participants, investigators, sponsors, and CROs
- Keep source documents and case report forms audit-ready
- Support monitoring visits and regulatory reviews
- Assist with safety reporting and participant retention
What You Bring
- 2+ years coordinating clinical research studies
- Phlebotomy proficiency
- Bachelor's degree
- CNS, psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health research experience a plus
- Strong multitasking across active studies
- CCRC certification a plus, not required
