Clinical Research Oncology Nurse
- Protocol Coordination & Facilitation: Hands-on management and daily execution of complex clinical trial research protocols across a diverse portfolio, including NCI-sponsored, commercial pharmaceutical industry, national cooperative group, grant-funded, and investigator-initiated studies (ISTs).
- Trial Operations & Leadership: Drive operational compliance across assigned clinical studies; directly manage trial accrual tracking, coordinate timely study activation schedules, and execute efficient submissions for protocol amendments.
- Subject Safety & Data Integrity: Provide clinical leadership to ensure appropriate research participant recruitment, strict adherence to protocol criteria, patient safety monitoring, toxicity tracking, and flawless data quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with clinical trial investigators, data specialists, service line members, institutional research teams, and participants' families to foster a supportive, compliant environment for trial execution.
- Tool Development: Collaborate with the research team to design and utilize effective tracking tools to monitor trial metrics, data queries, and adverse events (AEs/SAEs).
Required Skills
- Clinical Research Nurse Expereince OR Clinical Oncology Experience as an RN
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active RN License
