Clinical Research Project Manager

RHSC in Saint Paul, MN has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Clinical Research Project Manager to join our Critical Care Research Team (CCRC).

This role supports our physician-investigators in the Critical Care Research Center (CCRC) within HealthPartners Institute. The Center oversees all research activities for 16 departments across the organization and works closely with our partners in critical care: Emergency Medical Services, the Emergency Department, the Burn Center, the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Cardiology, Neurology, Hospital Medicine and the Adult and Pediatric Level 1 Trauma programs at Regions and Methodist Hospitals. The individual in this position will assist physician-investigators in conceptualizing and designing research studies, obtaining IRB approval, maintaining regulatory compliance, managing projects, analyzing data, and dissemination of results.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in a healthcare, medical or science-related field. Coursework in biostatistics, epidemiology, or equivalent health-related coursework
  • Minimum of 5 years health research experience in a clinical, academic or industry setting
  • Minimum 1-year project management support or lead
  • Minimum 1-year of experience in study design and methodology
  • Current valid driver's license


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD in public health or comparable field
  • CCRC or ACRP-CP certification SOCRA or ACRP
