Entry Level Chemist

Job Description

The Greer Group is recruiting an Entry Level Chemist for our client in Morrisville!
This is a long-term temporary position, with the possibility to become permanent!

• The employees'primary responsibilities will include organic sample extraction.
• Performing tasks and documenting per SOPs.
• Batching samples for extraction using Laboratory Information Management System.
• Organic sample extraction.
• Sample media preparation, spiking and shipping.
• Cleaning laboratory glassware (washing and baking).
• Checking refrigerator/freezer temperatures.
• Assisting with sample receipt/login.

Job Requirements

• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or related science field.
• Laboratory experience is a plus!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Complete a background check.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
