Global Marketing Director (Hybrid)

Hospital Acute Care is an $3B franchise and continues to be an important area of focus for our company. Hospital Acute Care comprises Antibiotics, Antifungals, CMV and Surgical Anesthesia. Our CMV product is a growth driver within HAC and is preparing for new indications and label expansions.

This role provides the unique opportunity to work across multiple indications, both in-line and launch. This brand is in different stages of launch, growth, or near-LOE depending on the market/region. This role also provides the opportunity to work on an Alliance partnership with an external company. As part of our licensing agreement with this external partner, we have a new marketing partnership in place where there will be 3 marketing FTE who will aid in the marketing and commercialization of this brand in ex-US markets. This candidate will manage this marketing partnership and serve as the the Company's point of contact for these FTE.

We are seeking an experienced marketer and leader to assume critical responsibilities related to the new indication launches, work with our co-licensing partner, and lead efforts in some newly launched markets such as China. This role will also include efforts related to LOE and Late Life Cycle management strategies. Other tasks include representing commercial in ongoing cross-functional team meetings with V&I (Value and Implementation), Market Access and pricing. There will also be extensive work in close partnership with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Forecasting, and MMD as we plan for the pediatric filings and SKU/dosing strategies globally.

Finally, this Director will join a diverse team of 3 Associate Directors, who contribute in a One-Team approach to support the many competing

workstreams related to the new indication(s) strategy development and launches.

Specific Tasks Include:

  • Oversee the commercial planning for the pediatric indication.
  • Manage the newly formed Marketing Collaboration agreement with 3 marketing FTE
  • Partner with the LOE/LLCM COE on our global strategy for both early and late LOE markets
  • Direct commercial efforts in close partnership with China market to ensure continued launch success and identify future opportunities for growth.
  • Drive forward digital innovation, focused on optimization of analytics as well as customer communication channels
  • Engage Policy and Market Access teams to identify relevant levers to aid new indication launches
  • Maintain strong level of partnership with our Manufacturing Division colleagues to inform short-term and long-term supply chain decisions as we continue to grow in new patient segments and indications.



Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Education: Advanced Degree (MBA)



Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years combined marketing, sales, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders including external partners

  • Collaboration: Strong partnership skills, both within our Human Health Division as well as cross divisional including MRL, Regulatory, MMD, and Market Access

  • Focus on Results: Driven, results oriented thinking and corresponding high level of performance
  • Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to leverage innovation to drive results

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday - plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2. Fridays will formally be a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require onsite presence.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:
$175,440.00 - $276,200.00
