Title: Graduate Assistant - Clinical Trials Office (CTO)
Monthly Type: 11 Month Full Time/Part Time: Part Time - Full Time Equivalency (FTE): 50% FTE

Salary: Step 14 ($2,335.50 per month)

Job Duties:
- Assist with generating and preparing weekly requisitions for shipping and vendor bills within the Clinical Trials Office.
- Assist with basic accounting such as processing and maintaining invoices, allocating to the appropriate accounts.
- Assist with maintaining spreadsheets created for patients on trials as to the payments received and bills paid.
- Assist the administrative support and fiscal team with administrative tasks, travel reimbursement, and events for the Clinical Trials Office.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A classified University of Hawaii at Manoa graduate student (new or continuing). Good academic standing (3.0 GPA or above).
- Enrolled into a University of Hawaii at Manoa graduate program.
- Competent in general computer programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
