Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on laboratory experience with strong adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Experience operating laboratory instruments and performing routine testing, sample preparation, and basic data analysis.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to accurately document and report test results.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with polymer physical testing (e.g., compression molding, melt flow, tensile testing).
• Associate degree or higher in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
