HCP Engagements & Fleet Operations Intern

Job Summary

We are currently seeking an HCP Engagements & Fleet Operations Intern from June 2027 – May 2028. This position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week in the summer and 20 hours per week for the remainder of the internship.

Responsibilities

Support HCP Engagement operations through tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination of assigned activities.
Assist with maintaining operational trackers, reports, dashboards, and team resources.
Support development and updates of SOPs, process maps, job aids, and training materials.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings to gain exposure to HCP Engagements and related business functions.
Support special projects focused on improving operational efficiency and the HCP/business partner experience.

Qualifications

Strong Communication Skills, Microsoft Suite including Copilot, Strong Collaboration
