Medical Lab Scientist (MLS)/Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

Valley View is offering an exciting opportunity for a traveling Medical Lab Scientist (Technologist) or Technician to join our Laboratory team! In this role, you'll collect and receive specimens for testing, carry out chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, and other medical laboratory tests, and operate both manual and automated lab equipment to analyze specimens. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE MICROBIOLOGY AND MEDITECH EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years microbiology plate reading experience and/ or microbiology supervisory experience Great schedule! 4-10's Weekdays, no weekends, no call. Requirements: Medical Technician (ASCP): Associate degree Current Medical Technician Registration by ASCP or AMT Medical Lab Scientist (Technologist) (ASCP): Bachelor's Degree Current Medical Technology Registration by ASCP or AMT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Two (2) year experience as a Medical Lab Scientist (Technologist)/Technician required.
