Objective:
This position is part of the Clinical and Medical Affairs team, which is responsible for projects associated with our companies' clinical studies, regulatory requirements, medical content, Journal Publications, Advisory Board and Key Opinion Leaders. This position works with the Clinical & Medical Affairs leadership team to accomplish department objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Review literature related to our products and competitors and provide summaries.
- Develop materials that can be provided to patients and surgeons
- Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for VP of Clinical & Medical Affairs, KOL's, AD Board, Podiums, and Commercial.
- Assist with writing, editing, reviewing and/or submitting.
- Create medical and scientific response letters to surgeons and patients with accurate and current information.
- Process incoming emails, calls, and inquiries and respond to inquiries via email or phone using the most up-to-date information
- Assist with writing, reviewing, submissions, and responses to FDA/International regulatory authority submissions.
- Support with scientific queries, talk tracks, objection handling, etc.
- Assist with study monitoring, study reports, surgeon data publications, etc.
- Deliver field-based training or virtual-based training of scientific and medical content to various stakeholders, including advisory panels.
- Process and support quality and/or legal in managing incoming emails, calls, and inquiries from surgeons and patients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Scientific field or Healthcare career.
- Experience related to similar positions and/or medical devices (5+ years)
- Experience in Breast aesthetic, or reconstructive and cosmetic procedures
- Availability to travel
