- The Sustaining Engineering Team, within Front Line Care (FLC) Engineering, is responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating engineering product design and development or modifications for current model products and product lines.

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams to complete sustaining projects from planning through implementation.
- Manage a diverse range of projects, including those that enhance product features, address quality issues, meet new regulatory standards, or reduce costs.
- Lead one medium or multiple small projects with significant impact on company performance.
- Direct internal and external team members to meet project objectives.
- Implement design changes into production for current products.
- Provide consultation support for other engineering projects.
- Proactively support continuous improvement opportunities.
- Utilize project management skills to effectively organize and lead teams with limited supervision.
- Communicate up and down the organization to provide project status updates.
- Coach project team members, solve problems, and make decisions with limited direction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 1-3 years of applied project management experience managing projects of varying sizes.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills.
- Ability to negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, R&D, QA,
- Regulatory, Sourcing, and Operations.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and other Office Suite applications.
- Prior SAP experience (including creation of DIRs, BOMs, Routers, writing Engineering Changes).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
