Research Epidemiologist

Vista Innovative Solutions (VIS) is seeking a Research Epidemiologist in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, remote position supporting the JTS Enterprise Support contract.

What You'll Do:

• Design epidemiologic and clinical outcomes research studies.
• Develop research methodologies.
• Perform statistical analyses.
• Evaluate injury and treatment outcomes.
• Prepare manuscripts and technical reports.
• Support applied epidemiology, clinical outcomes, and health research activities.

What You Bring:

Required:

• Master's degree in epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or related health science field.
• Minimum 3 years of applied epidemiology, clinical outcomes, or health research experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing studies, developing research methodologies, performing statistical analyses, evaluating injury or treatment outcomes, and preparing manuscripts or technical reports.
• CAC eligibility.
• Ability to meet the T1 investigation requirement unless the Government or security office determines a higher tier is necessary.

Preferred:

• Doctoral degree.
• Trauma or military health research experience.
