Senior Clinical Project Manager

Pluto Health, Inc. is looking for a senior clinical project manager that will work with multiple cross-functional areas to manage deliverables required to implement and maintain Pluto Health's service line(s). The senior project manager will work with a wide variety of teams across the company to help implement projects and facilitate change, ensuring products, services and partnerships are delivered on-time, within budget and meet the requirements. This role will lead initiatives from start to finish, identifying success metrics and providing status updates to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Proactive ownership of all aspects of project management
  • Guides/collaborates with partners and team on all aspects of clinical and research development
  • Joins project team during scoping phase of business development
  • Assumes ownership once contract has been signed and is responsible for project deliverables and results
  • Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership;
  • Status reporting, tracking the project schedule, budget and benefits;
  • Provides direction to project team, to move project seamlessly to implementation while providing top-level service to customers
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance;
  • Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic, and reports, as requested
  • Uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, and changes;
  • Success in this role will be supported by the candidate's ability to collaborate, take initiative, and build relationships with teammates in different roles across the business.   • Provide Project Management Practices and Solution Development Leadership to business development efforts in accordance with BD processes, as needed
  • Track, analyze and communicate project risks and opportunities;
  • Track and report project progress, update documentation, direct quality assurance;
  • Assist with business operations as needed



Qualifications Needed

  • Strong background (at least 3-5 years) in clinical operations, specifically in healthcare operations, clinical outcomes/Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR), and/or digital health research
  • Demonstrable experience in leading implementation of complex research studies involving many stakeholders.
  • Assumes a team lead role for each project assigned, beginning with scoping and creation of project plan
  • 3+ years of related project management experience
  • At least 2+ years in healthcare space
  • At least 2+ in the clinical trials or research space
  • Demonstrated ability to manage varied projects, meeting cost and schedule constraints;
  • PMP strongly preferred
