What You'll Do

• Be the eyes and ears on the ground-monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure top-tier quality and compliance.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with site staff and investigators.
• Drive recruitment strategies and help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.
• Ensure every detail is in place-from regulatory documents to data integrity.
• Mentor junior team members and grow as a leader in the field.

What You Bring

• A degree in life sciences or healthcare (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of on-site monitoring experience to be considered at a Senior Level
• Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial operations.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and mobile tools (iPhone/iPad).
• A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for excellence.
