Description of Position:
For our Healthcare customers - including those ion Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences - you will implement custom Reporting, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions using our flagship product, IQ 20/20, as well as other industry standard platforms, such as PowerBI and Tableau. You will work in an Agile environment that is focused on solving the customer's problems through data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement custom Reporting, Business Intelligence and Analytics with our flagship product, IQ 20/20, as well as other industry standard platforms, such as PowerBI and Tableau.
- Work in an Agile environment focused on solving customer problems
- Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and clients to understand data sources, business rules, and nuances
- Get a solid understanding of the client's data sources and data feeds
- Engage with the client to define various business objectives for the solution
- Produce detailed business and technical requirements for projects
- Design dashboard mockups using Excel and PowerPoint and review with the client to finalize requirements
- Conduct detailed design sessions and iterate project plans accordingly
- Work with technical resources to develop data processing streams based on design
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to communicate data and reporting requirements
- Ensure overall data quality and the integrity of the application
- Manage project and development within defined time and scope after client sign off
- Help deploy and host the solution
- Coordinate client training sessions
- Coordinate ongoing technical support
- Provide ongoing feedback to the development team for product enhancements
- Provide ongoing feedback to the development team for product enhancements
- Provide ongoing feedback to the sales team for future opportunities
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry
- 3-5 years of strong Data Analysis and/or Business Analysis experience
- Experience in Pharma consulting is a plus
- Familiarity with industry standard Pharma data sources
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical tools
- Experience with BI tools such is Power BI, Tableau and IQ 20/20 is a plus
- Database knowledge is a positive
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and strong work ethic
- Ability to be client facing and maintain a professional demeanor
- Passion for customer satisfaction and leveraging technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites up to 10-15% of the time

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $118,200.00 - $197,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
