Command Center (CC) is part of the digital initiative which envisions a digitally enabled end-to-end supply chain that gets medicines and vaccines to patients and customers faster and optimizes product flow for patient and enterprise metrics. With Command Center initiative we will be enabling capabilities for visibility and transparency across all the nodes - external and internal. The Command Center roadmap matures its capabilities from the current visualization centric to a self-healing autonomous supply chain in its target state.
As a Technical product Analyst (TPA), the candidate would be responsible for delivery of technical capabilities involving but not limited to Machine Learning, Natural Language Processor, Write back, Process automation, Self-Heal etc. thus enabling maturity in the Command Center. The candidate would build strong domain expertise for the CC products and help mature capabilities. Serves as a technology and subject matter expert on e2e supply chain. As a technical product analyst, the candidate working with the product owner, product line leads and product value leads would bring be responsible for bringing in the technical expertise to define use cases for advanced capabilities like machine learning, self-heal, write-back etc. The candidate will develop business cases to support feature/functionality concepts and obtain stakeholder support from internal audiences through effective oral and written presentations. Throughout the process from ideation through deployment, the candidate will collaborate with design, business and technical team leaders to identify interdependencies, define and document requirements thus facilitating a robust product delivery. As a member of the Command Center technical team, the TPA provides leadership and direction for establishing the technical capabilities working with various IT teams. Once the capability is established, will help manage the backlog and guide the SteadyState team deliver requirements thus enhancing the overall CC capabilities. Working with the product line leads and stakeholders, the candidate establishes the 3-6-9-15 month plan for delivery based on capability gaps and will be responsible for delivery to meet expected functionality. Experience managing project budget - develop budgetary estimates and execution to budgets with appropriate staff. Results-orientation with the proven ability and reputation for developing plans and implementing them successfully.
Education Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline.
Required Experience and Skills**:
- 10+ years delivery of information technology( IT) services and solutions, with an emphasis on innovation
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Projects and/or Deployment experience
- Experienced in using agile methods to bring new solutions though experimental/Proof Of Concept (POC) stages and subsequent Minimum Viable Product (MVP), scale up and industrialization.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, supervise and coach across cultures, organizational levels and disciplines.
- Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with client organizations and with technology centers
- Proven leadership and people management skills are preferred, along with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Ability to understand and align business strategy with IT capabilities and architectures and develop roadmaps to execute.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning, distribution and logistics, commercial operations, order-to-cash, finance, and production operations and the integrations points across these functions.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5,2023 our U.S. Hybrid work model will be as follows: 1. Three total days on site per week: Tuesday and Wednesday - plus one additional day of choice based on what works best for organizations and/or teams. 2. Fridays will formally be a remote-working day unless business critical tasks require onsite presence.
