Workplace Solutions (HR Shared Services) Intern

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Workplace Solutions (HR Shared Services) Intern for Summer 2027. This full-time position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week. 

Responsibilities

• This internship will be a rotation through DSI’s Workplace Solutions Team (HR Shared Services) and will provide support with:
  • Case Management- including case assignment and generating metricsHRIS- including report delivery and position management
  • Benefits Administration- including benefit inquiries, leave administration, data audits, reporting
  • Global Mobility- Including Pre-assignment & on-assignment processes, Assignee payroll, Visa process

Qualifications

Seeking a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related area of study. 

Proficient in Excel, organized & detail oriented, ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision, ability to handle confidential information.

Salary Range:
